Roles And Responsibilities of
The Regional Aftermarket Sales manager
- Driving the Compressor technique Aftermarket Sales Business in United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq and Yemen
- Localization of the Atlas Copco compressor Technique strategy and clear communication of that vision to the regional team in an inspiring way.
- Territory Management and alignment by optimizing the channel to market in each area based on the potential and area density.
- Setting up business development, Marketing plans, and Developing scorecards with distributors by conducting Quarterly Business Review meetings and information seminars to Stabilize, grow and reinforce the present distribution channel to assure success in our ambitious growth targets.
- Focus on IoT (Smartlink) solutions to reach maximum connectivity in every market.
- Focus on growth in the service ladder with the Aim to achieve 100% one-to-one on Atlas Copco’s installed base and penetrate the competitor Market.
- Focusing on raising the commercial and technical competence of our Service team to promote the ‘one-time fix’ culture.
- Manage, develop and implement sales tools to Distributors & Indirect Channels to improve process efficiency and boost information access via existing / new CRM.
- Significantly increase our market presence and our brand image on the marketplace.
- Develop and support a spirit of open communication and fairness in all areas of equipment sales and service.
- Implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental policies in the team in line with company SHEQ policies
